4 men on stage. 3 status-quo, big government Republicans and 1 conservative Republican. Guess which one made the most sense?:

What’s with these CNN pimps like Anderson Cooper? or the FOX folk? Why are they so frightened of Ron Paul? Why the marginalizing, the boycotting? Anyone can see it happening, and its always happening. You know, I’m beginning to get a feeling that there is yes, the “C” word… a “conspiracy” operative here. I do hope not .. for, as it is said “What goes around comes around”.
I’m suprised they gave him that much time to respond–throughout the debate they kept cutting him off. It was also a nice touch how they kept focusing on Romney and McCain’s smug smiles throughout the entire clip.
Anyone notice how Huckabee kept using the Edwards “hey, I’m here too! Look at me!” tactic? I’d say it’s worked equally well both times.
I’m tempted to say that the GOP is dying, but since they’re the “party of Lincoln,” a big-government fascist, I’d say their party’s doing pretty well.
Give me a choice between three lawyers and an ex-Air Force flight surgeon that’s delivered four thousand babies. I’ll take the doctor anyday.
Just like RP said the debate between the 2 “frontrunner” is so silly. It is 30 minutes back and forth between McCain and Romney about who said what when.
Jack Hunter, you are the man!
Thank you for all the positive reporting on Ron Paul!
Watching the debate was rather painful… like the 3 stooges up against a brain surgeon. No wonder they won’t give Dr. Paul equal time–he makes them look ridiculous and petty.
And then Ron Paul pointed out that the Presidency is not a position for dictating the management of the economy. This point took everyone’s breath away because, as it is laid out in the Constitution, the position of the President is not endowed with the authority to actually do much specific management (aside from serving as the commander-in-chief) – the responsibility for legislation rests with the -surprise!- legislature.
That this enormity escapes everyone present demonstrates how little they understand the constitutional mechanics of how the government actually works.
Thanks for the video link. I borrowed it. *wink*
My son and I discussed the debate after it was all over, and we gave the win to Huckibee only because he kept making the point that he and Dr. Paul were being ignored so the other two could cat-fight.
McCain and Romney lost more votes in the debate, then won. In our humble opinions.
Ron Paul is great. I think he was being kind when he used the word “silly” to describe the banter between McCain and Romney. It is absolutely ABSURD!
