“Imagine inviting a guest into your home and then chastising him for accepting the invitation. This strange scenario is basically what the United States has presented to illegal immigrants by offering a hush-hush, open-door policy to millions of people who should have never been here in the first place.
“But they broke the law!” illegal immigration opponents are quick to point out. True. But the same can be said of those who consistently drive 10 miles over the speed limit. Why drive 55 or 65 mph when you can get home faster by breaking the law with no repercussions? The law is only as effective as its enforcement.
In the case of illegal immigration, why worry about proper documentation when you can make money quicker by breaking the law with no repercussions? Does asking foreigners to show respect for laws our president doesn’t even take seriously make much sense?”

The federal govt. had no right to drop the ball on this one, besides it only benefits big business at the taxpayers expense. The people want the laws enforce and if it becomes a pain in the butt for politicians, too bad, they knew what was going on and offered nothing except amnesty. Enforce the laws.
While it is certainly true our Federal, State, and local Governments have deserted the American Citizen in enforcing U.S. immigration law title 8, it is also true we are not powerless, and can put a stop to this incredibly damaging invasion of illegal residents!
This is a Nation, by and for the people, not illegal non-citizen squatters.

The reasonable solution seems so simple and that’s to implement the same immigration law that Mexico itself uses along with an aggressive border patrol (eyes in the sky).
Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says:
“A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally.” (Article 123)
Within a month, word will get out of the new law and illegal entry will slow to a trickle and become manageable.
